Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst is an analytical, highly motivated problem-solver who can move fluidly between details while remaining attuned to the Chief Legal Officer’s (“CLO”) enterprise-level priorities. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations and high-priority, ad-hoc projects to support the Chief of Staff and the CLO.
Acting as a strategist, consultant, and essential partner across LPL functions, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence while advancing the strategic priorities of the CLO and the broader organization.
Responsibilities:
Support the Office of the CLO with board related matters and responsibilities
Conduct research and benchmarking analyses on behalf of the CLO, delivering insights to support the business and the department to become an industry leading function
Develop dashboards and analytics for the CLO in partnership with the Legal Operations Team
Prepare, review, and consult on executive-level reports and presentations for the CEO, Board of Directors, and Management Committee
Drive cross-functional change initiatives throughout LPL on behalf of the CLO and Chief of Staff
Enhance operational rigor of the Office of the CLO through implementation of efficiency initiatives and progress-tracking of key priorities
Support CLO prep for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
Lead ad-hoc projects aligned with CLO priorities
Provide consultative guidance on organizational design, planning, and workforce optimization initiatives
Partner with FP&A on budget and other finance-related matters

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent relevant work experience
4+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and/or consulting, preferably within the Financial Services industry
Comfortable building presentations, talking points or other written materials as needed.
Ability to translate complex information into digestible and sharable ‘stories’ or report-outs.

Pay Range:
$72,100.00 - $120,201.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
