Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:
- Identify performance metrics, consolidate data from Salesforce, Oracle, and Tableau into actionable dashboards
- Develop process workflows and perform process improvement
- Perform data cleansing and optimization
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Incorporate performance management best practices and develop KPIs/OKRs
- Perform data analytics
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Experience: 4 years of process improvement and data analytics experience at a global bank or federal agency
- Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
- Must provide three supervisory references at the time of application
