What you'll do: - Support execution of business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and communicating priorities effectively.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and associate training content.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
- Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and update content as needed.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
- Promote compliance with policies and uphold company values through transparent communication and ethical leadership.
- Foster continuous improvement by embracing new tools and adapting to organizational changes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
