Role summary:
The (USA) Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation plays a critical role in supporting business plans and cross-functional initiatives by identifying operational needs and driving execution of merchandising programs. This position involves analyzing data, managing projects, and providing actionable insights to senior management to enhance assortment strategies. The role requires effective communication, collaboration with key stakeholders, and adaptability to evolving business priorities. The analyst contributes to continuous improvement efforts, supports training initiatives, and ensures alignment with company standards to deliver value and operational excellence across assigned departments.

  • Support execution of business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and communicating priorities effectively.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and associate training content.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
  • Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and update content as needed.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
  • Promote compliance with policies and uphold company values through transparent communication and ethical leadership.
  • Foster continuous improvement by embracing new tools and adapting to organizational changes.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
