Position Summary Field role within any state in the US.The Analyst / Coordinator, Architecture & Engineering (A&E) supports the development, execution, and governance of architectural and engineering programs. This role ensures consistency, quality, and compliance across design standards, specifications, and project deliverables.
Working closely with A&E leadership, project teams, and external partners, you will provide critical support across project coordination, standards management, and design documentation. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program Support- Support A&E Project Managers across multiple programs and initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, contracts, permits) with strong version control
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; provide regular reporting and updates
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate meetings, and document key actions
- Develop reports, presentations, and executive-ready communications
- Provide operational support including data management, invoice processing, and bid coordination
Standards, Specifications & Design Governance- Maintain and update prototype standards, including Revit libraries, CAD standards, and design guidelines
- Support development and communication of specification updates and design standards
- Review architectural and engineering deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Assist in standardizing and improving technical documentation
- Partner on AutoCAD and Revit updates aligned with approved changes
- Contribute to sustainable design and material specification initiatives
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external A&E partners, and construction stakeholders
- Support design development and documentation alignment across programs
- Contribute to special projects, pilot programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and design processes
- Experience reviewing and coordinating A&E drawings across design and documentation phases
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite/Bluebeam
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with standards management or design governance
- Exposure to sustainable design practices or materials
- Professional licensure and/or LEED certification
Education- Bachelor's or technical degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
