The Senior Analyst, Analytics will be a key member of our growing analytics team, dedicated to transforming complex data into actionable, strategic insights. We are looking for a proactive professional with deep experience in data analytics-spanning everything from data sourcing to visualization and interpretation.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. In this role, you will specifically leverage your understanding of B2B business dynamics to ensure that our data-driven insights align perfectly with commercial goals, lead generation strategies, and B2B customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Analysis: Source and compile data from multiple repositories while ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Advanced Querying: Write very good, complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets with a strong understanding of ETL processes.
  • Audience Targeting & Growth: Build sophisticated audience targeting lists specifically designed for email marketing and paid media campaigns.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize marketing funnels, with a specific focus on email marketing performance and accelerating free-to-paid user conversions.
  • Insights & Visualization: Conduct comprehensive, replicable analyses and design data visualizations that tell a compelling story, making complex insights clear to any audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams across a 3+ year cross-functional career to understand complex business questions and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Stakeholder Presentation: Explain findings clearly, helping to prepare and deliver impactful presentations for peers, department partners, and stakeholders.
  • Version Control & Best Practices: Maintain and manage code repositories utilizing GitHub while staying updated on industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technologies.
  • Reporting Structure: Report directly to a Senior Manager.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years of industry experience working in analytics within a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven experience working within a B2B business model D2C can be considered as well.
  • Strong familiarity with email marketing strategies and optimizing free-to-paid conversion loops.
  • Technical Skills: * Very good, advanced SQL skills (or other programming languages).
  • Practical familiarity with version control systems, specifically GitHub.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Core Competencies: * Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and sharp analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to visualize, interpret, and present data effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a highly collaborative spirit.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
