Would you like to help shape the future of work at Desjardins Group through artificial intelligence? Join the Individual Productivity AI Adoption Department, a team that helps our business sectors adopt productivity AI capabilities responsibly, measurably and sustainably. These capabilities include Copilot, AI agents and emerging agentic approaches. As a Senior Analyst, AI solutions, you'll provide expert guidance to the business sectors to help them operationalize their initiatives, identify the most appropriate solutions and demonstrate the value generated. You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside senior advisors and business partners to help accelerate AI adoption and transform ways of working. More specifically, you will be required to:
  • Help the business sectors analyze and organize their AI needs to steer initiatives toward the most appropriate solutions
  • Contribute expertise in value creation, adoption and productivity AI capabilities as part of workshops on exploring and refining use cases
  • Help business partners assess the expected value of initiatives, identify benefits and define success metrics
  • Help business sectors navigate governance and risk management processes and obtain the required approvals in collaboration with the teams involved
  • Help recommend solutions tailored to business needs based on available capabilities, constraints, risks and desired outcomes
  • Help define, document and continuously improve methods, guides, templates and best practices to support consistent and responsible AI adoption
  • Serve as a liaison between business sectors, technology teams, data teams and governance partners to facilitate the implementation of initiatives
  • Actively monitor developments in AI technology and their business applications

What you bring to the table
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Proven experience with organization-wide transformation initiatives
  • Experience defining and monitoring key performance indicators and benefits
  • Experience analyzing risks associated with digital or technology initiatives
  • Experience supporting managers and leaders through transformation
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Expertise in business analysis and in assessing opportunities to apply AI to business processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Conceptual understanding of generative AI, conversational agents and automation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform and Microsoft Purview
