Qualifications

• MSEE or higher, with a focus on IC design coursework
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of power-management, control, and communication systems
• Familiarity with digital design techniques and tools (DSP, MATLAB, Verilog, VHDL)
• Proficient in analog/RF IC design tools, specifically Virtuoso, with knowledge of ADS/HFSS preferred
• Experience in scripting or programming (Python, C-code, TCL, SKILL)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Specify, architect, and design Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal integrated circuits
• Prepare and document designs while participating in reviews
• Collaborate with a global team to ensure compliance and timeliness
• Develop and execute test plans for lab characterization
• Automate workflows through scripting and batch processes
• Independently manage complex tasks alongside team goals
• Support layout and system designers during the verification process
• Mentor junior engineers in design practices
