This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the primary field activation partner for sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, leadership sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and field activations in both English and Spanish.
  • Drive adoption of global enablement programs by translating them into relevant, actionable experiences for field teams.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, and emerging enablement needs.
  • Deliver targeted enablement initiatives that improve seller productivity, accelerate ramp time, strengthen sales execution, and drive business outcomes.
  • Coach and reinforce sales methodologies, value-based selling approaches, messaging frameworks, and sales best practices.
  • Deliver enablement programs focused on onboarding, product launches, value messaging, sales methodology, and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate field feedback to ensure global programs address regional and team-specific needs.
  • Partner closely with enablement business partners, learning experience designers, leadership development teams, and product marketing to align enablement strategies across the organization.
  • Measure program adoption, learner engagement, and business impact, and continuously refine enablement approaches based on those insights.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with field leaders and serve as an advisor on enablement priorities.
  • Travel throughout the Americas to support field teams, deliver programs, and strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Champion and model Samsara's operating principles while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing enablement organization.

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to facilitate training, deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in both languages.
  • 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role. Direct enterprise sales experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, sales meetings, and enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
  • Certification in at least one recognized sales methodology, including MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED, ValueSelling, or a comparable framework.
  • Experience teaching, coaching, and reinforcing value-based selling methodologies and messaging frameworks, including Command of the Message or similar value messaging approaches.
  • 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to a field-facing enablement, sales effectiveness, or sales operations function.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of programs, methodologies, processes, or organizational initiatives across distributed sales organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how enablement influences sales performance and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with frontline managers, second-line leaders, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure adoption, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Americas as business needs require.

An ideal candidate also has:
  • Experience as both an individual contributor and a frontline sales leader.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience partnering with global enablement teams to localize and activate programs for regional teams.
  • Experience supporting multilingual and geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, learning technologies, CRM platforms, and knowledge management systems.
