You will combine executive advisory, technical architecture, and consulting leadership to help organizations move confidently from experimentation to operational AI adoption.
  • Lead enterprise AI discovery initiatives through executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional assessments that uncover high-value opportunities
  • Architect AI maturity assessments across strategy, architecture, tooling, literacy, governance, organizational readiness, security, and compliance
  • Prioritize and sequence AI initiatives using structured value x feasibility x complexity frameworks that create fundable, multi-horizon transformation roadmaps
  • Design target-state architectures for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, including multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, memory management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop orchestration
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and align each opportunity with the most appropriate technologies already available within the client's ecosystem
  • Develop AI governance models, Responsible AI frameworks, and operating models that balance innovation, adoption, and enterprise control
  • Translate complex architectural decisions into executive narratives that enable confident business investment and organizational alignment
  • Contribute to pre-sales engagements, strategic solutioning, and AI advisory initiatives across North America
  • Mentor consultants and engineers while defining reusable methodologies, architectural standards, and best practices for the AI Advisory practice
  • Continuously evaluate emerging models, frameworks, MCP capabilities, agent protocols, and governance trends, bringing practical innovation back to clients and internal teams

🧠 Who You Are
  • You see AI strategy as an organizational capability rather than a technology implementation
  • You naturally move between executive conversations and technical architecture discussions with clarity and credibility
  • You enjoy transforming ambiguity into structured roadmaps, governance models, and actionable priorities
  • You evaluate platforms objectively, balancing business value, technical feasibility, governance, and long-term sustainability
  • You combine curiosity with disciplined judgment, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly and pragmatically
  • You thrive in consultative environments where facilitation, influence, and strategic thinking are as important as technical expertise
  • You enjoy mentoring others and contributing to the growth of a world-class AI advisory practice
