Full Job Description
The Senior AI Solution Consultant identifies, shapes, and supports the adoption of practical AI solutions that improve business outcomes, delivery efficiency, and user experience for Basware and its customers. Working across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders, the role translates business needs into scalable AI use cases, supports solution discovery and enablement, and helps ensure that AI initiatives are practical, responsible, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess customer and business opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, scalability, or user experience.
  • Translate business requirements and customer challenges into practical AI use cases, solution concepts, and delivery recommendations.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to design and embed AI-enabled solutions into customer journeys and service delivery models.
  • Support the development of reusable AI approaches, playbooks, materials, and best practices that can scale across teams, regions, and customer engagements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and enablement activities to support AI adoption, capability building, and alignment on priorities.
  • Contribute to solution validation, testing, and continuous improvement by gathering feedback, measuring impact, and refining approaches based on business and customer outcomes.
  • Promote responsible and effective use of AI by considering governance, data quality, security, and change management in solution design and implementation.

Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in solution consulting, business transformation, enterprise technology, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of AI concepts and applications, including generative AI, automation, predictive insights, and workflow improvement.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, business applications, analytics tools, or related technology ecosystems; SaaS experience is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate across functions and regions.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Solution Consulting, or enterprise software delivery is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and driving adoption of new ways of working is an advantage.
