Soni is partnering with a growing software organization seeking a
Senior Sales Executive to drive expansion within an existing customer base.
This is a closing-focused role for someone who can run strong product conversations, connect solutions to business outcomes, and manage a fast-moving sales cycle. The ideal candidate has SaaS sales experience, strong demo skills, and a proven track record of hitting quota.
Responsibilities: - Sell software solutions into existing customer accounts
- Run product demos and discovery conversations
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value
- Manage a high-volume pipeline and short sales cycle
- Handle objections and guide customers through the buying process
- Partner with account management, marketing, and sales leadership
- Track activity, pipeline, and sales performance
Requirements: - SaaS sales experience
- Proven closing experience in a quota-driven environment
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume sales process
- Strong communication, urgency, and follow-through
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Preferred Skills: - Experience selling add-ons, expansions, or cross-sell solutions
- Experience selling software to SMB or mid-market customers
- Background in AI, automation, field service, fintech, or operational software
- CRM experience, HubSpot preferred
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 - Uncapped Commission Structure
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
