Full Job Description
A career as a Senior Advisor Transformation and Analytics in the Financial Markets Operations sector at National Bank means working in an environment focused on collaboration, transformation and innovation. This position allows you to contribute to the implementation of the transformation strategy through your experience in it project management, your expertise in data science and your initiative.

Your job
  • Contribute to and/or take charge of the delivery of business initiatives by operationalising, simplifying or automating Financial Markets operational processes
  • Determine business needs, manage impacts on Financial Markets operations and recommend the most optimal solutions
  • Play a key role in data governance and intelligence
  • Roll out technological solutions by demonstrating a culture of autonomy and initiative
  • Be comfortable communicating with it stakeholders to ensure that business needs are aligned with the solution

Your team

Within the Strategy and Business processes sector, you are part of a team of 15 Senior Advisors and you will report to the Data and Transformation team leader of the Income and Corporate Action team. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to promote your quality of life. Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or other quantitative field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management, it project delivery and agile methodology
  • Experience in modelling, statistical analysis and the use of large volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, GIT)
  • Programming experience (Python, Java)
