Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Global Customer Experience (GCX), you will act as a strategic partner to the sector's leadership team and contribute directly to iA's growth and transformation ambitions.

At the intersection of strategy, finance, governance, and risk management, you will play a key role in evaluating, optimizing, and monitoring the sector's strategic investments. You will help ensure disciplined organizational performance management, maximize value creation from strategic initiatives, and support decision-making through data-driven analysis, expected benefits, and business risk assessments.

This position represents a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted right hand to the SVP, GCX, on matters related to performance, governance, value creation, and strategic execution.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Senior Advisor, Strategic Performance, you will:
  • Advise the SVP, GCX and the leadership team on strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and investment decisions, in close collaboration with the Senior Advisor, Growth and Financial Performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business lines and corporate functions to ensure alignment of strategies, investments, and performance objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting process and oversee the sector's financial performance, including Run, Maintain, and Improve activities.
  • Support strategic portfolio management by contributing to initiative prioritization, business case development and validation, and benefits realization tracking.
  • Act as the steward of business value for sector investments by monitoring performance, benefits realization, and return on investment.
  • Develop financial analyses, value creation models, and forecasts, and translate customer, marketing, and operational metrics into strategic recommendations and business value indicators.
  • Partner with the Data and Analytics team to evolve customer value measurement approaches, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models, to support growth and customer engagement strategies.
  • Design and enhance executive dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance monitoring mechanisms, while contributing to the evaluation of strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the Business Risk Officer (BRO) for GCX by integrating risk management principles into governance, planning, and portfolio management processes, while supporting key decision-making forums across the sector.

  • Exhibits strong business judgment, political acuity, and the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Has a solid understanding of customer value creation, revenue growth, and integrated risk management concepts.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, business administration, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in strategy, organizational performance, finance, portfolio management, governance, or strategic advisory roles.
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate regularly with English-speaking partners and colleagues and analyze and produce strategic documentation in English on an ongoing basis.
