What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Advisor, Relationship Marketing, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Act as a business leader in automated and personalized marketing by ensuring alignment between the marketing strategic vision, business needs, and technological execution
- Define, evolve, and challenge the relationship marketing strategy (customer journey, contact rules, personalization, omnichannel orchestration, customer messaging governance, consent, etc.)
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate closely with analytics, BI, martech, and IT teams (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Design and prioritize automated communication programs across the entire customer lifecycle
- Define performance indicators (KPIs), implement tracking mechanisms, and ensure continuous optimization of automated campaigns
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues, and propose mitigation measures
- Contribute to change management within internal teams and ensure monitoring of best practices and trends in marketing automation, CRM, and marketing technologies
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong expertise in marketing automation, relationship marketing, and CRM, including knowledge of key platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe), data ecosystems (e.g., CDP, Snowflake), and omnichannel strategies (e.g., personalization, NBA/NBO)
- Stands out for their ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions and collaborate effectively with analytics teams (segmentation, predictive models, performance)
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of multichannel marketing (email, SMS, web, social media) as well as applicable legal requirements (Law 25, CASL, PIPEDA, consent)
- Is recognized for strong communication and influencing skills, a strategic mindset focused on results, as well as autonomy in complex and evolving environments
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field and has a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in marketing automation, relationship marketing, or CRM; a master’s degree and knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector are considered assets
- Has a functional level of French proficiency, as the role involves communicating with French-speaking colleagues daily.
