Job DescriptionThe ISC Engineering Mirror team is looking for a Sr Manufacturing engineer the mirror fab area
Responsibilities• Provide test and manufacturing support for sub components in the Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production lines.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist development of new processes for cleaning glass substrates for thin film deposition.
• Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
• Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
QualificationsMUST HAVE• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline

• Experience with thin film deposition, optics, laser systems, high vacuum systems.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.

• Ability to partner and collaborate well with team members across functions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $127,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
