Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Administrative Support Specialist to provide direct support to our Client's Front Office performing the following responsibilities:

  • Track corporate action items and work with Client management and stakeholders to ensure closure in a timely manner.
  • Organization's point of contact for handling requests related to incoming and outgoing personnel
  • Managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Create and maintain documentation, including memos, agendas, meeting minutes and other relevant documents
  • Order office supplies, as necessary
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. An additional four years can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships within the office and with external partners across the community
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
  • Experience in direct support to senior level leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

Desired Skills:

  • On site, customer domain experience
  • Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projects.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement when working with external stakeholders and mission partners
  • Ability to work under shifting priorities and deadlines and willing to provide a wide range of support.
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
