Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Senior Administrative Assistant will support business operations by implementing and executing administrative processes that ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role provides logistical, clerical, and operational assistance including managing schedules, handling correspondence, supporting internal inquiries, and ensuring a professional and organized work environment. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts across administrative functions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in line with company policies and office needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute administrative and secretarial programs and policies that support day-to-day business operations.
  • Manage documentation, scheduling, mail handling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and general administrative support.
  • Operate office equipment, manage supplies, and liaise with outsourced service providers to ensure facility needs are met.
  • Greet and direct visitors, manage telephone/switchboard reception, and handle general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and internal communications as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry tasks to support team operations.
  • Participate in administrative process improvements and help drive change initiatives for better service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of administrative services.

About The Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $73,000-$92,000.
