Job DescriptionSenior Actuarial Advisor - Financial and Actuarial ServicesAs a Senior Actuarial Advisor, you will be at the heart of the financial and strategic challenges of the
US Dealers sector. You will actively contribute to the development of actuarial models, the analysis of complex data, and the formulation of recommendations that guide business decisions.
In this role, you will also act as a key partner across multidisciplinary teams, supporting product development, risk management, and the overall performance of the sector.

What you will accomplish with usAs a Senior Actuarial Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing actuarial models to assess risks and forecast future claims;
- Conducting experience analyses and reviewing actuarial assumptions;
- Analyzing historical data to identify trends and support pricing strategies and product development;
- Contributing to the design of new products and the optimization of the existing portfolio;
- Producing dashboards and reports to communicate key results to stakeholders;
- Supporting risk management and finance teams in achieving their objectives;
- Participating in capital management and the financial performance of the US Dealers sector;
- Contributing to acquisition integrations and the preparation of financial results;
- Supporting reinsurance strategy and key financial controls;
- Implementing risk management strategies related to products and macroeconomic conditions;
- Collaborating closely with pricing, product development, finance, and leadership teams;
- Coaching and supporting team members' development while acting as a mentor;
- Acting as a change agent by contributing to the sector's strategic planning.
What will accelerate your success in this roleWe are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics;
- Possesses a recognized actuarial designation (FICA, FCAS, MAAA - an asset);
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial analysis, ideally in property and casualty insurance;
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in actuarial and analytical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SQL;
- Shows excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and strategic thinking;
- Stands out for their leadership, influence, and collaborative mindset;
- Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and strong prioritization skills;
- Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication (emails, virtual meetings, presentations, and documentation) with English-speaking teams based in the United States.
