Position SummaryOdyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Specialist supporting the Air Force acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Armament Directorate Munitions Division (AFLCMC/EBH) at Hill Air Force Base, UT. In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide mechanical engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle to ensure weapon systems, subsystems, and support equipment meet program objectives for cost, schedule, performance, and compliance.
This is a full-time onsite position at Hill AFB, Utah.
Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage program plans, risk management, and streamlined operational processes.
- Maintain and update contract documents, monitor contractor production and project deliverables, and track contractual correspondence for Government or contractor responses.
- Support creation of draft RFPs and related documentation (such as systems specifications, SRDs, SOOs, SOWs, and CDRLs).
- Provide guidance on source selection simulations, cost-benefit analyses, mock proposal development, RFP risk assessments, RFI responses, and training delivery.
- Assist with product baseline configuration management in accordance with military and industry standards.
- Conduct economic, budget, and financial analysis, including forecasting and fund management.
- Prepare briefings and decision support materials.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
- Clearance:Current Secret clearance
- Education and experience:
- Senior: Associates degree and 15 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR Masters degree and 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Secret clearance
- Experience providing acquisition program support within DoD programs.
- Familiarity with FAR, DoD 5000.2, and related regulations and guides

Technical Skills
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to apply acquisition program support
- Ability to develop and manage program plans, implement risk management processes, and design courses of action to streamline operations.
- Experience with DoD planning, programming, and budgeting processes, preferably in the context of USAF weapons acquisition.
- Proficiency in cost estimating and analysis
- Competence in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing program needs
