The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Support accounting and controlling workstreams related to SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
- Act as the finance subject matter expert for Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Product Costing (PC), SAP Material Ledger, Margin Analysis/CO-PA, and transfer pricing and inventory accounting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define future-state finance and controlling processes.
- Translate accounting and operational requirements into SAP functional specifications and process designs.
- Support SAP configuration discussions and validate system design decisions.
- Drive standardization and harmonization of financial and management reporting processes across business units.
- Participate in all phases of SAP implementation, including build, testing, data validation, training, cutover, and hypercare support.
- Participate in finance-related testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Assist in the development of business process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts.
- Coordinate with external consultants, system integrators, and internal IT teams.
- Ensure financial processes comply with US GAAP, SOX/internal control requirements, and corporate accounting policies.
- Evaluate process risks and implement appropriate controls within SAP workflows.
- Support audit requests and financial data validation activities.
- Assist in the development of governance standards for SAP finance master data and reporting structures.
Minimum Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- 3+ years supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis/CO-PA, general ledger integration, and manufacturing accounting concepts.
- Experience participating in large-scale ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Education and Experience- CPA, CMA, or MBA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with financial planning, allocations, and management reporting tools.
