Senior AccountantThis role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and operational excellence. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in core accounting functions, month-end close, and financial reporting that help support the continued growth of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform a broad range of general accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, account analysis, and support schedule preparation.
- Execute month-end close responsibilities in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal accounting policies, and established financial procedures while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and accountability.
- Support SOX compliance efforts through documentation of accounting processes, execution of controls, and maintenance of organized audit-ready records.
- Compile, analyze, and refine financial data to support management reporting.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the general ledger system and related financial tools to support efficient processing and reporting.
- Serve as a reliable backup for key accounting functions and assist in maintaining continuity across the department.
- Partner with colleagues across Finance and other departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and contribute to process enhancements that support scalability and efficiency.
- Provide additional support on special projects, ad hoc reporting needs, and other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a public company environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, with the ability to apply accounting principles in a practical business setting.
- Experience supporting accounting policies, procedures, and documentation in a SOX-controlled environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
- Experience with ERP or general ledger systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
