We're hiring a Senior Accountant for an established U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-end electro-optical aiming systems and precision components for the defense and sporting optics industries. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity requiring hands-on full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experience. The Senior Accountant will also oversee a Staff Accountant, so prior leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Journal entries, reconciliations, prepaids, and fixed assets
- Financial reporting and annual operating planning
- Cash and working capital management
- ERP maintenance and process improvement
Qualifications- 6+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong GAAP, ERP, Excel, and reporting skills
- Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
