Responsibilities Essential Job Duties Will Include (but not limited to):

• Month-end and quarter-end close
• Flux/variance analysis
• Prepaid insurance reconciliation and amortization
• Compensation liability tracking, accruals, waterfall modeling and reconciliation
• Short-term liability accrual and reconciliation
• Payroll journals and accruals
• Research and study accruals
• Equity transactions
• Ad hoc requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater with accounting or finance focus
• 3+ years accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Advanced knowledge of professional accounting software (Great Plains & QuickBooks preferred)
• Solid business experience and strategic knowledge
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite
• Highly skilled in bookkeeping
• Excellent financial and analytical abilities
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Power BI experience a plus

Must be located close enough to Aliso Viejo, CA to work onsite 3 days per week. MinUSD $105,000.00/Yr. MaxUSD $115,000.00/Yr.
