about this team

The International Reporting Team is responsible for internal and external financial reporting for lululemon's growing business around the world. We work cross-functionally with many different areas of the business as well as our external auditors to deliver accurate and reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

core responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate statutory audits and prepare financial statements

• Ensure international finance teams follow standard policies & procedures
• Work cross-functionally with our international teams and external auditors to provide accurate financial reporting

• Good working knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Sharepoint

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$81,500-$107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
