Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, this hands-on role will focus on
POC/WIP accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, job costing, month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain POC schedules and WIP reports
- Monitor project costs, billings, margins, and estimated costs to complete
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close
- Prepare journal entries, schedules, and management reporting
- Support cash management, sales/use tax, and annual audits
- Partner with Project Management and Operations to resolve project variances
- Support accounting process and internal control improvements
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on POC/WIP and job cost accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP
- Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or another project-based industry
- Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting system experience
- CPA/CPA-eligible and public accounting experience are a plus
