Job Description:We are seeking a
Senior Accountant to join our U.S. General Ledger Accounting team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and partnering with Finance, AP, AR, Tax, Procurement, and Corporate Accounting teams.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and other month-end transactions.
- Perform account analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidation support.
- Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Maintain fixed asset records and related accounting activities.
- Support internal and external audits, tax reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Identify process improvements and participate in system and reporting enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
What you need to have:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in general ledger accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- IFRS experience and CPA designation (or progress toward certification) are preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Information related to the position: - The compensation range is $80,000 to $107,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.
