This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial software and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to excellence.Financial Reporting & General AccountingPrepare and review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completenessPrepare monthly journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and other adjusting entriesPerform monthly general ledger reconciliations and account analysisComplete monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliationsGenerate and distribute periodic financial and operational reportsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare documentation and schedules for external auditorsCost Accounting & Operational AnalysisAnalyze job profitability, equipment costing, labor utilization, and operational performancePerform monthly job costing analysis and related cost transfersMonitor and reconcile inventory balances and inventory activityEvaluate operational costs and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and profitabilityAssist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingRecommend process and policy improvements to reduce costs and maximize profitsales Tax & CompliancePrepare and file sales tax returns across multiple jurisdictionsStrategic & Analytical SupportReview and analyze potential investment and business opportunities for ownership
