Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary depending on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L fluctuations
- Ensure accuracy of financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Perform account analyses and identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other accounting schedules
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax filings, and internal reporting requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather information for accruals, allocations, and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required (2+ senior experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and ASC 842 preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- CPA certification or CPA-track preferred
- Experience in a multi-location, service-based, or high-growth environment is a plus
