Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. You will work closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and strategic decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Be the liaison to the FP&A team and provide assistance with the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
- Review and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Conduct cost, revenue, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain financial data while preparing reports, forecasts, and other financial analyses for leadership.
- Support internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Qualifications
- CPA designation preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience, preferably in a Senior Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
