Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or corporate settings
• Expertise in lease accounting, fixed assets, or revenue recognition; dual expertise is advantageous
• Strong understanding of GAAP, with hands-on experience in reconciliations and monthly close processes
• Familiarity with NetSuite; experience in system implementations or process improvements is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and build processes in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Lead lease accounting for a portfolio of over 400 locations, collaborating with Real Estate and Finance
• Manage fixed asset accounting, tracking additions, disposals, and depreciation
• Support revenue accounting by validating system outputs and preparing necessary entries
• Help establish reconciliation standards and scalable controls with Accounting leadership
