Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute key accounting functions including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Perform in-depth cost analysis supporting inventory valuation, job costing, and variance tracking.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing journal entries, accruals, and account analysis.
  • Partner with department leaders for accurate financial tracking and forecasting across all lines of business.
  • Prepare internal financial statements and dashboards to assist leadership in decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and documentation, responding to inquiries.
