Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the monthly close process, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial analyses and reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries and perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including areas such as cash, credit card receivables, payroll, prepaids, leases, fixed assets, intangibles, goodwill, and operating expenses
  • Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to journal entries and account reconciliation processes
  • Research and assist with implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and ad hoc reporting to support business operations across Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce channels
  • Analyze financial data and operating results to identify trends, variances, profitability drivers, and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate financial insights, discrepancies, and budget variances to Finance leadership
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management processes
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies
  • Review Accounts Payable batches for proper GL coding and expense classification


What You Bring:

Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
