About the Role
Our Sr. Account Managers, Paid Search are responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. Your core responsibilities in this role include strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.
  • Taking on clients in month 1, you will build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of B2B, lead generation, and/or ecommerce clients across various industries
    • Client assignments will be a mix of leading paid search efforts on small-spending clients and acting as a supporting paid search team member on medium to enterprise clients
  • Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients' KPIs
  • Develop both short & long term paid search strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, campaign types and positioning to drive results in line with client's goals
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients clearly & secure buy-in from decision-makers
    • Create slides with good design & strong storytelling for clients
  • Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
  • Delegate work to junior team members & provide clear direction & feedback when needed
  • Stay current on SEM industry trends, contribute to internal agency conversations around SEM (including but not limited to monthly department meetings, trainings, case studies, etc.)
About You The essentials:
  • 2+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management
  • Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google sheet spreadsheets
  • Possess high attention to detail and be able to execute with a high degree of accuracy
  • Performance Max experience is a must
  • Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience a plus
  • You are a communication guru both on calls and through written communication
  • 'Driven' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you
  • You are proactive & willing to raise your hand to support your team members
  • Highly collaborative & works well with a team
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company's then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range$94,000-$110,000 CAD
