Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Private Equity to join our growing team!

The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic advisor to key client groups, delivering consultative guidance on collaborative initiatives, risk profile evaluations, policy audits, proposals, and renewals. This individual will leverage strong relationship management and industry expertise to drive client success while effectively prioritizing and managing workflows to ensure the timely, accurate, and seamless execution of critical objectives.

This role operates within Brown & Brown's Private Equity practice, Krauter & Company. Krauter & Company is a full-service international insurance and benefits brokerage that has transformed the traditional brokerage model to deliver innovative risk management strategies and tailored solutions that help clients navigate complex business challenges with confidence.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Participating in the retention of renewal business. Interacting with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of insurance products.
  • Reviewing current policies and providing recommendations regarding placement options. Utilizing coverage checklists and a network of industry contacts to determine appropriate coverage and premiums.
  • Assisting on document issuance, data entry, and coverage approvals on advertising, television, feature film, documentary, and special event liability insurance programs.
  • Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage and advising the client of any recommendations within a mutually established timeline.
  • Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Leveraging commercial entertainment insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS accordingly.
  • Nurturing professional relationships through the facilitation of personal client meetings and consistent client contact.


Licenses & Certifications:

  • Valid State P&C brokers' license.


Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • 5-7 years' experience of Commercial Lines client management experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred.

Pay Range
$110,000 - $110,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
