Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Scope: North America customer account responsibility within Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and prioritize early business opportunities for assigned customers in collaboration with Business Development, using appropriate CRM tools to document targets and progress.
Gather customer intelligence and translate present and future needs into competitive OPmobility solutions.
Prepare alternative cost models, plant-level P&L scenarios, and complete automotive quote packages, including specifications, assumptions, commercial terms, and technical concepts.
Lead customer negotiations covering quotations, terms and conditions, warranty, liability, service parts, quality agreements, contracts, commitments, and purchase orders.
Support Program Management by quoting and negotiating running changes and by helping resolve major customer issues.
Develop and cultivate relationships across customer purchasing, engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, studio, and plant organizations.
Plan and deliver strategic, commercial, and technical customer presentations, plant visits, Tech Days, and relationship-building events.
Maintain current market and competitive intelligence on future programs, localization, product strategy, technologies, materials, customer trends, competitor pricing, and market positions.
