About the Role

If you're an experienced healthcare communications professional with a passion for scientific publications and building trusted client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll lead the delivery of strategic publications programs for one or more pharmaceutical clients. Acting as the primary client contact, you'll oversee publication plans from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with scientific, editorial, and operational teams, you'll help clients achieve their communication objectives while driving account success.

Here's What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead day-to-day management of one or more publications accounts, acting as the primary client contact.

About You
  • 5-7+ years' experience in medical or healthcare communications, with a strong focus on scientific publications.
  • Strong understanding of publication planning and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex publications programmes and client relationships.
  • Confident managing project budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
