Novarc Technologies is looking for a NovAI Senior Account Executive to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.
Summary: As a NovAI Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for shaping the future of automation in the welding industry. This is an opportunity to drive growth, close impactful deals, and contribute to an industry-leading company at the cutting edge of AI-enabled technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to execute strategic sales plans, contributing to revenue growth within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers by proactively pursuing new leads and business opportunities.
- Identify and engage with channels, key influencers, and thought leaders in the welding and fabrication industry.
- Create compelling, value-focused proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Novarc's suite of robotic welding solutions and clearly communicate their benefits and value propositions.
- Foster trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Novarc as a trusted partner in their automation journey.
- Work seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., sales engineering, customer success, support, revenue operations) to address customer needs and ensure smooth implementations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the company CRM, ensuring transparency and effective sales tracking.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and fulfillment by all parties involved.
- Report on sales metrics, market trends, and key account statuses to senior leadership, utilizing CRM data to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Novarc at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, cultivating relationships with industry professionals and potential partners.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in welding automation, industrial automation, or a similar technical sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Enthusiastic about technology and its potential to drive industry transformation.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently in remote or hybrid settings, and highly effective at time management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel as required.
- SaaS experience would be an asset.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of ABB welding robot ecosystem.
Success Metrics:
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and securing new business deals.
- High customer satisfaction scores (NPS), reflecting positive client feedback and successful partnerships.
Salary is determined based on experience, with compensation consisting of a base salary plus a commission structure.
The sales territory for this position covers the South and East regions of the United States.
