The Senior Account Executive serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, delivering high-quality service and supporting sales growth. This role is responsible for managing assigned client portfolios, identifying new business, distribution, and service opportunities, and overseeing implementation to ensure seamless execution. The Senior Account Executive builds strong client relationships, collaborates cross-functionally, safeguards data integrity from proposal through implementation, and evaluates financial performance. The role also provides strategic recommendations to drive program profitability while managing contracting activities.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service quality, while also uncovering new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels, including regular engagement with senior leadership.
- Respond to client inquiries accurately and promptly, resolving issues and escalating quality concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify, present, and support the implementation of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions that drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Oversee client implementations and ongoing program changes, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and business guidelines.
- Monitor service performance, key business metrics, and revenue goals; provide clear performance updates and insights into internal leadership.
- Prepare and lead client Business Reviews, including coordinating materials, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder participation.
- Analyze program performance and financial results to identify risks, address issues, and recommend solutions or alternative approaches.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of client and business arrangement data from sales through implementation and ongoing changes.
- Manage contracting and re-contracting activities, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Sales.
- Partner with Legal to support contract and addendum development and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Implement program improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.
What are the requirements needed for this position?- A minimum of 3 years of experience driving growth through insurance agency sales, marketing and account development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience building long-term relationships with clients and providing solutions based on business needs.
- Proficiency with MS Tools i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?- Knowledge of NFIP and private Flood is highly desired.
- Preferred residency in one of the following states: in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, or Kentucky.
- Ability to work effectively with various company functions and individuals.
- Perform work responsibilities promptly and in a fast-paced, high-volume office work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage large groups to drive results.
- Experienced in performing effectively when priorities, direction, and resources change.

Pay Range:
$88,000.00 - $173,300.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
