Full Job Description

We are looking to add a Senior Account Executive to our growing team who wants to be part of the excitement as we continue to scale.

At Bankjoy, we partner with community banks and credit unions to deliver modern digital banking solutions that help them attract new accounts, deepen relationships, and grow deposits. Our platform enables financial institutions to compete with large banks by delivering secure, intuitive, and fully integrated digital experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building strong relationships with financial institutions, and positioning Bankjoy as a strategic technology partner.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including outbound outreach, discovery, tailored demonstrations, scoping, pricing, contract negotiation, and successful handoff to implementation
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently achieve and exceed sales quota targets within our ideal customer profile (community banks and credit unions)
  • Generate net-new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts
  • Effectively position Bankjoy's digital banking platform and solutions against competitors in active opportunities
  • Navigate complex buying processes and engage key stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to develop winning strategies for prospective clients
  • Understand each prospect's business goals and position Bankjoy's solutions as a strategic driver of growth, engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Travel to client and prospect locations to deliver presentations, build relationships, and support deal progression
  • Represent Bankjoy at national and regional conferences, industry events, and trade shows to build pipeline and strengthen brand awareness
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role
  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology
  • Proven track record of managing pipeline and closing complex, high-value enterprise contracts
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and deal management skills
  • Experience navigating mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with senior leaders and executive decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior management and C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the sales cycle
  • Experience selling to financial institutions (banks, credit unions, fintech) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

What You Get
  • A fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Competitive compensation
  • Stock options at a well-funded startup
  • We cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for individuals on our base plan, with significant contributions toward all other plan options (USA).
  • We cover 100% of extended medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your family under our single, comprehensive plan (Canada).
  • Retirement plan with 4% company matching
  • 8 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parents, 4 weeks for non-birthing
  • 3-5 weeks PTO depending on tenure
  • 5 health days
  • 15 holidays
  • End of year shutdown
  • Performance-based bonuses
