Job Responsibilities
Develop & Manage Client Relationships
Establish, cultivate, and maintain trusted client relationships throughout the client lifecycle, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 client accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and point of contact.
Proactively identify client needs, business objectives, and growth opportunities, collaborating across service lines to maximize client value.
Partner with project teams, solution architects, consultants, and service delivery leaders to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless client experience.
Lead client meetings and strategic discussions involving clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Support the development, negotiation, and execution of statements of work, renewals, and change orders.
Manage client escalations with urgency and professionalism, coordinating resources to drive timely resolution.
Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication, follow-up, and account organization.
Drive Client Expansion & New Business
Identify, develop, and close growth opportunities within the client portfolio by aligning Armanino's services and solutions to evolving client needs.
Drive cross-sell and expansion opportunities through proactive outreach, account planning, and collaboration across service lines.
Maintain an active pipeline, accurately track sales activities, and provide regular forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and practice leaders to position solutions, develop proposals, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
Represent Armanino at conferences, trade shows, seminars, sponsorship events, and networking activities to strengthen relationships and identify prospective opportunities.
Manage Renewals & Recurring Revenue
Lead renewals for software subscriptions, managed services, and recurring service contracts, ensuring timely execution, client retention, and a seamless experience.
Manage add-ons, service adoption, and other account expansion activities to maximize recurring revenue and account value.
Proactively identify renewal risks and growth opportunities and maintain accurate renewal and growth pipelines.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve licensing, pricing, billing, order processing, and contract-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management, or client relationship management experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships with C-level executives and other key client stakeholders.
Demonstrated success identifying and closing client expansion, cross-sell, or new business opportunities.
Strong consultative selling, account management, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships, priorities, and deadlines.
Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with individuals across a wide range of roles, personalities, and organizational levels.
Ability to succeed in a high-performance, client-focused, and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and timely client, opportunity, and activity data.
Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $91,600 - $107,800. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $100,800 - $118,600. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $105,400 - $124,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
