Senior Account DirectorLocation: Remote (Greater Toronto Area preferred)
Compensation: $110,000-$135,000 base + 25% bonus

We are representing a leading media organization seeking a Senior Account Director to join its Canadian sales team. This role is responsible for leading several large multinational CPG accounts while driving new business development with the objective of growing advertising revenue across Canada.

This is a remote position with minimal travel and is ideally suited for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area. It is available immediately as a backfill position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large multinational CPG accounts while developing new business opportunities, including new pharma revenue
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive profitable advertising revenue
  • Secure meetings with senior decision-makers to understand business objectives and identify opportunities
  • Develop relationships across multiple stakeholders within client organizations
  • Create client-focused campaign solutions tailored to business needs
  • Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management to develop proposals and uncover growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and weekly reporting of sales pipeline and lead development
  • Drive both account management and business development activities, with revenue growth as the primary KPI
