Full Job Description
IMPORTANT: This is a work-from-home not a remote position. Candidates must currently reside in Wisconsin or the Dallas, TX area to be considered. Position requires 8+ years of B2B sales experience and up to 25% continental USA travel.

Overview

This self-directed and hard-working individual will manage two key Fortune 100 agency accounts while driving new business development efforts for the agency.

The ideal candidate excels as a partner and advisor to clients - maintaining a visible presence, listening closely, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow. This is a true account leadership role: one part trusted relationship manager, one part strategic growth driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients; identify needs and develop both short- and long-term strategic plans to satisfy objectives and drive account growth
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing compelling pitches and proposals, and negotiating contracts that yield profitable, sustainable revenue
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, distributors, and strategic partners; source products and negotiate pricing
  • Own workflow, project timelines, and on-time delivery; lead client meetings and internal status calls
  • Create estimates, SOWs, invoices, schedules, and status reports; manage and track client budgets and billable hours
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively resolve issues
  • Provide regular sales reports to leadership demonstrating progress toward revenue targets and KPIs
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations, deliver efficiencies, and improve client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to bring clients valuable insights and surface new opportunities
  • Become proficient in operational systems including ASI, MAW Supply Chain, and Monday.com


Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B sales and account management experience (required)
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management, new business development, and project management
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field desired
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% within the continental USA
  • Experience with Monday.com, QuickBooks, and ASI is a plus
  • Promotional product sales experience is a plus
