We are looking for an exceptional Senior 2D Game Artist to create bold, high-impact visuals for our casino titles. We9re looking for art that not only looks exceptional but performs in-game.

This is a high-ownership role where you9ll take full responsibility for the 2D art pipeline on assigned games, shaping the visual experience from initial concept through to final delivery. You9ll work independently to drive your work forward, while collaborating with the Art Director and wider team to ensure every asset meets the creative vision and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full 2D art pipeline for assigned games, from concept development through to final implementation
  • Create production-ready assets including symbols, characters, backgrounds, UI, and logos
  • Translate briefs into clear, polished, on-style visuals
  • Work independently to plan, prioritize, and deliver work to deadline
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and cross-functional teams to ensure the game vision is met
  • Iterate efficiently based on feedback while maintaining momentum and quality
  • Ensure all assets are organized, optimized, and ready for integration
  • Track progress and communicate status using project management tools and weekly check-ins
  • Stay up to date with casino game trends and visual standards
  • Leverage AI tools where appropriate to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production workflows, in line with our team9s growing integration of AI into the creative process

What are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience in 2D game art production
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality illustration, particularly in character and symbol design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related tools
  • Proven ability to own and deliver full art pipelines independently
  • Experience working to tight deadlines across multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of game production workflows and constraints
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Desirable Experience
  • Experience in casino / slot game development
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and workflows
  • Familiarity with UI/UX for games
  • Experience using AI-assisted art tools (e.g., generative image tools, AI-assisted concepting or upscaling) as part of a production pipeline is a strong plus, as AI is increasingly integrated into our workflow

The candidate:
  • A self-sufficient artist who can take a brief and run with it
  • Strong balance of creative ability and production discipline
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality work under deadline pressure
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for the final product
  • Curiosity and openness to adopting new tools, including AI, to improve efficiency without compromising creative quality

What9s in it for you?
  • Make a visible impact: you9ll own campaigns and events that shape how millions play.
  • Fast-paced execution + brand heritage: build boldly under the Hard Rock name.
  • Competitive compensation with flexible vacation and hybrid work.
  • Be part of a player-obsessed, inclusive team that trusts your autonomy and skills.
  • Influence product strategies, your post-mortems and insights will steer our roadmaps.
