Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to join the company's in-house service that handles storage, packing, and shipping. Build and maintain analytical frameworks to evaluate seller operation health, including general merchandise value forecasting, inventory turnover analysis, stock keeping unit (SKU)-level profitability modeling, performance metrics compliance tracking, and root-cause diagnostics for defect reduction. Analyze seller performance, identify trends and growth opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations to internal stakeholders to optimize seller experience on the platform. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure a seamless seller experience. Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Performing market assessments of business opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, estimating market size, and building revenue models to support product strategy decisions; Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers, data analysts and quality assurance analysts, to drive product implementation; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to develop solutions aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; Building and developing business processes to scale and managing hyper-growth including: (i) streamlining onboarding and activating external clients and partners; and (ii) providing business analytics; and Conducting strategic analysis on industry trends, customers, and competitors, and developing methodologies to segment and size target market. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
