The Opportunity:

Maintain security clearance records and process security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under a government contract. Protect classified government information and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical, and administrative security systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Security pre-screen for new hire candidates.
  • Maintain personnel security records.
  • Process personnel security clearance packages, NISS/E-App, and Standard Form 86 (SF-86).
  • Schedule polygraph appointments, process Client/IC badge requests, and manage indoctrination requests.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications, including strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Process eCPRL Adds for subcontractors.
  • Handle business and personal Unscheduled Foreign Travel (UFT) requests.
  • Manage adverse reporting in compliance with government requirements and corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with personnel security records and security database system management (CAST, eCPRL, MPO, CCIL, NISS, DISS, Agile).
  • Oversee clearance certification, visit requests, visit authorizations, badging, and access control.
  • Conduct security briefings, debriefings, out-processing, and annual security awareness training.
  • Act as subcontractor security liaison: handle subcontractor company DD254s, conduct annual subcontractor DD254 reviews, manage subcontractor AWOL incidents, and maintain accurate subcontractor security records for personnel and company data.
  • Assist with developing, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the subcontractor security program manual.
  • Demonstrated knowledge utilizing DISS, NISS, and Scattered Castles.
  • Investigate security violations and prepare formal reports detailing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Help conduct annual security self-reviews and follow up on required corrective action plans.
  • Prepare and submit Initial clearance packages, Reinstatements, CCAs, Crossovers, Nomination Letters, and maintain eCPRL.
  • Ensure all SF86s (Word document or eAPP) are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Provide security indoctrination scheduling, debriefings, and annual refresher trainings.
