Job Description

The Security Supervisor Bosch Roseville site is accountable for supervising and directing security staff to implement a comprehensive security program that ensures protection of Bosch employees, visitors, contractors and company property. The operation of the facility, and security monitoring operations, is 24x7x365.

Responsibilities
  • Manage department headcount to ensure adequate staffing coverage for the Security of the facility.
  • Conduct security audits of security systems and procedures to ensure that consistency and accuracy are maintained.
  • Assign and/or conduct investigations regarding theft, vandalism, drug use, employee misconduct and recommend appropriate action.
  • Develop new security procedures and policies; review and revise existing policies and procedures as appropriate.
  • Administer company policies and procedures including performance standards, attendance, timecards and effective investigations.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures and programs for Security personnel. Ensure that regular safety meetings are conducted. Conduct investigations of unsafe incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain integrity of department systems including cameras, electronic badging system, communications system, patrol tracking system, company security management system, production (CMS), and fire safety system.
  • Represent Security department interests as needed (i.e. Evacuation Taskforce meetings, Loss Control meetings, Workplace Violence taskforce).
  • Coordinate security for special events on and off site.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience including experience as a lead officer or the equivalent in education.
  • Knowledge of security monitoring, access control systems, emergency/incident response, investigative skills, and report writing experience is required.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership competency including decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, team management skills, and analytical skills


Additional Information
  • This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
  • This position generally works a swing shift schedule

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position varies considerably depending upon qualifications (including education and applicable work experience). The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
