Job Description
SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Staff to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) duties for the F-22 Program. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Execute DD 254 security requirements for multiple prime contracts
• Process Program Access Requests (PARs) to include creating, reviewing for accuracy, and tracking of all submissions
• Develop and conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings
• Complete DD 254s in support of multiple supplier contracts
• Complete all Physical Security requirements for multiple secure spaces
• Process clearances and customer visits and provide support for classified meetings
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Compile, analyze, and summarize security metrics for IFG security leadership
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers

Basic Qualifications
• Have extensive knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705)
• Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs)
• Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
