Full Job Description
SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing DD Form 254 and general security duties for the F-22 Program. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to: • Execute DD Form 254 security requirements for multiple prime contracts • Complete DD 2545 in support of multiple supplier contracts • Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers • Conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings • Compile, analyze, and summarize security metrics for IFG security leadership Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that will require special access. Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs. Serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representative. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (JAFAN/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings. Basic Qualifications • Minimal knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) • Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Desired Skills • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college • Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs) • Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00 The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
