Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a Global Security Operations Center.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in emergency response and investigations related to security incidents.
• Familiarity with security systems, intrusion detection, and emergency notifications.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security operations center (SOC) team and enhance the monitoring program.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and effective incident response through monitoring systems.
• Train team members and enforce standard operating procedures for incident handling.
• Utilize incident analytics to identify risk trends and mitigate potential threats.
• Lead the response to security threats such as burglaries or workplace violence.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and incident responses with internal partners.
• Coordinate crisis management logistics and communications with stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with law enforcement for timely incident resolution and investigations.
• Ensure data collection and evidence retention standards are met.
